I hope this finds you well and that your family is safe and healthy. As we have all learned, our normal has quickly changed. The routines we used to take for granted such as dining out, sending our children to school, weekend sporting events, hair cut appointments, has been altered not only in North Texas but around the world. 

Jane Clark Realty Group is relying on the guidance of the CDC, Small Business Administration, Local Governments, City Officials as well as talking with other Real Estate industry experts and making decisions based on scientific evidence. The business continues while first and foremost keeping our employees and clients safe.

This trying experience is not a lesson of business disruption – but of leadership, humanity, and creativity. Here at Jane Clark Realty, we have implemented strategies to continue bringing our clients the same level of service we have always prided ourselves in providing. For example, we have moved from in-person meetings to virtual meetings when appropriate, we ensure our photographer is equipped and masks and gloves anytime a property is visited, we are also ensuring all agents showing our properties wear gloves and masks during showings, we have the capability to host virtual Open Houses, and all documents can be signed digitally.

Though the Real Estate market is changing, the market is still very much active with over 450 new listing just last week in Collin County. We are prepared to change and adjust right along with the market.
