I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how valuable Jane Clark is to Keller Williams. She definitely has a great understanding of customer service. Our home went on the market in November of last year and sold in February. Not long at all considering the time frame of which the home was up for sale. For anyone that has ever sold a home knows and understands the ups and downs that you experience as a home owner during the sale of your home. Jane always maintained contact and provided the needed support to us during the "entire time" the home was on the market. I've been upper management .... and I understand 3 very inportant elements of any retail business: WITHOUT CUSTOMERS - WE HAVE NOTHING! WITHOUT CUSTOMERS - THERE IS NO BUSINESS! WITHOUT CUSTOMERS - WE HAVE NO NEED FOR STAFF! WIth that being said, the easist way I know to attract more business is by creating a remarkable customer experience. When that's achieved, customers reward us with their repeat business, and they will usually tell a few of their friends and family members to try us out, as well. I will not hesitate in recommending Jane Clark as she has represented your company in a very professional and favorable manner. She simply delivered what she promised and more
