We met Jane a couple of years before we decided to sell our home. We were working in the front flower bed when Jane drove by. She stopped and introduced herself and told us how much she loved our home. She was so nice and gracious and told us if we ever decided to sell, she would have no trouble selling it for us. Fast forward to August 2013...we reached out to Jane and told her we wanted to put our house up for sale after Labor Day. Jane jumped into action...connected us with all the resources needed to prep our house (providing a home stager, photographer and inspector). We put our house on the market on the Tuesday following Labor Day and had a written, all cash, full ask offer within 24 hours. We closed by the end of September and could not have expected more. Jane connected us with Shannon Patterson, who did an equally remarkable job helping us with our new home purchase. We highly recommend Jane not only because she's a fantastic realtor, but because she is a genuine and fantastic person.
